Helen Carr, Director

Helen holds an Msc in Health Psychology and BSc Hons in Psychology. Working within the third sector, Helen has experience of undertaking data collection and analysis to support effective monitoring, evaluation and service development. She has worked as a research assistant at York St John University within the Unit for Child and Youth Studies and has also worked with Dr John Reidy, Sheffield Hallam University to publish a peer reviewed journal article relating to the psychological impact of a long term health condition.

Helen is passionate about enabling the often ‘unsung heroes’ of the third sector to demonstrate the value of their work. Aware of the all too common constraints of time, resources and capacity, Helen is able to apply her experience to develop effective and efficient working partnerships.

Helen is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Health Psychology in Public Health Network.
